THRACE. Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 12 mm, 2.32 g, 9 h). Forepart of a lion to right, head turned back to left. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square with two raised and two sunken squares; in one sunken quarter, ram's head to right; in another, uncertain. Cf. Dewing 1307 (AΓ in other sunken square), McClean 4096-7 (ΛΔ in other sunken square), and Weber 2411 and 2427 (pellet beside AΓ in other sunken square). The reverse struck off center, otherwise, good very fine.
